Isenfluh-Grütschalp 1.5 - 2 hours

Option 1:

1.5 - 2 hours

From Isenfluh to Grütschalp, go through the forest over the alpine meadows and through the forest called Spryssenwald. Shortly before crossing the cable car (Lauterbrunnen-Grütschalp), a small mountain path leads up to Grütschalp.

Option 2:

2 - 2.5 hours

From Isenfluh, head upward through the forest road then turn left at the second exit. Cross the bridge of the Sulsbach river and, shortly after, the second bridge of the Sausbach river. You will reach Sousläger after a small ascend. Here, you can take a short break and go say hello to the Rubin Family who makes the famous Swiss cheese every summer. You may buy cheese or try fresh cow milk. An easy walk downhill through the forest leads you to Grütschalp from where the cable car can take you down to Lauterbrunnen.
