This hike is for the more experienced hiker. It leads you from Sulwald through the alpine forest up to Chüebodmi (a magic place with energy, Chüebodmistein; according the legends people from Isenfluh and Soustal met here for the spring festival.)
After a short break you continue upwards over alpine meadows through the Sousbach gorge (only for those with no fear of heights) up to Sousläger that is at the bottom of the Schilthorn Mountain. From here one can observe the Schilthorn restaurant PizGloria at the end of the valley.
The way back leads you downwards through the Spryssenforest to Grütschalp from where you can take the cable car to Lauterbrunnen.
